24-105mm @ 105mm f/4 has more bokeh than 16-55mm @ 55mm f/2.8: TRUE. 24-105mm @ 105mm f/4 has more bokeh than 70mm @ f/2.8: FALSE. Look at the samples below. Although the difference is not huge, the 70/2.8 shows more spread transitions between high contrast areas.
