After hours of messing around, I solved the problem for mine. In phone settings, Under General management> Keyboard list and default, both Google Voice typing and Samsung voice input were both turned on. I turned off Samsung. Then under General management> text-to-speech, I changed the preferred engine to Google, and that fixed it.

Recently got the Tab S9 Ultra with the Silm Keyboard that came with it via the Samsung offer (the keyboard without trackpad). the keyboard works fine in other apps (like Samsung Note) but in OneNote it really gives me trouble: The cursor often jumps back to the beginning of the line I'm typing. Use a spudger. Make sure its disconnected. Disconnect all yellow boxed connections! Remove the 2 PH000 Screws holding the camera. Lift mainboard with spudger from ear speaker goin down using the frame as a leveler. With all the connection the board may snag on the connections be slow and observer feel for tension.
